Pre-Order Processing Time:
All items are available by pre-order only. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. We will notify you as soon as your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs.

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Chartreuse Human is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.
